昨天晚上11點睡(有點晚),今天早上起床晚了,早上9點半,可是睡得很好!吃了2片吐司之後,早起起來練拳,從早上10點練到11點半。拳擊有氧80分鐘。全身濕透,好舒服!
I went to bed at 11pm last night (a bit late), and woke up late this morning, at 9:30am, but I slept well! After eating two slices of toast, I woke up early to practice boxing from 10am to 11:30am. 80 minutes of boxing cardio. I got soaked and felt so good!
