早起真得可以做很多事情。今天早上特別早起,6點就起床!吃完早餐(雞絲麵+紅豆湯),洗完4天的衣服,居然還有剩餘的時間可以染髮(等待20分鐘,洗掉+護髮40分鐘,吹乾30分鐘),染髮劑$380兩大罐,半年染一次,可以撐很久。自己染可省$1000-$1500。根本之道,要多補充營養+運動+充足睡眠,不要想太多,多休息,才是養黑髮之道。40歲才長第一根白髮,45歲就要保養頭髮了,不要給自己太大的壓力。
Waking up early really does allow you to accomplish so much. This morning I was up extra early, at 6:00! After breakfast (shredded chicken noodles and red bean soup), I finished four days’ worth of laundry, and surprisingly still had time to dye my hair (20-minute wait, 40-minute rinse and conditioner, 30-minute blow-dry). The hair dye costs $380 for two large cans, and I dye my hair every six months, so it lasts a long time. Doing it self can save $1,000-$1,500. The key to maintaining long-lasting hair is good nutrition, exercise, and adequate sleep. Don’t overthink it, and get plenty of rest. My first gray hair appears at 40, so at 45, I need to start taking care of my hair. Don’t put too much pressure on oneself.
