有時候,身體會用各種方式提醒我們——該動一動了。這次,本來已經兩天沒有運動,月經也遲遲不來,整個人感覺沉重、氣血不暢。幸好,有一位知心好朋友給了我滿滿的正向鼓勵,讓我重新振作起來,決定用行動為自己的健康加分。我告訴自己,不管多累,都要給身體一個機會運轉起來。

於是,我換上運動服,開始了80分鐘的挑戰——先是40分鐘的拳擊有氧,盡情揮拳、踢腿、出力流汗,把體內沉悶的氣息一點一點釋放;接著是40分鐘的Zumba,隨著節奏搖擺,讓心情和身體一起舞動。這個過程中,我不斷灌溫水,幫助身體代謝。

就在運動結束後,月經的血終於順暢地流了出來,彷彿身體的卡點被打開了,整個人瞬間輕盈許多。運動完,我獎勵自己一顆最愛的蘋果,甜脆的滋味在口中綻放,更添一份幸福感。

那一刻,我真切感受到——身體的「髒污」被排出後,那種舒暢與輕鬆是無可比擬的。這不只是汗水的洗禮,更是一次從內而外的淨化。很多人以為運動只是為了瘦身,其實它的意義遠不止如此。

當你找到適合自己的運動方式,配合健康飲食,血液循環與血氧流量自然會提升,身體機能也會跟著變好。對女性而言,運動更能促進氣血通暢,改善經期不順、手腳冰冷等困擾。

我想告訴每一位正在猶豫要不要運動的人——不要等到身體出現更多警訊才行動。哪怕只是一次小小的運動,都可能帶來出乎意料的改變。今天的我,就是因為這份勇氣,重新啟動了健康循環。

Sometimes, our bodies remind us in various ways that it’s time to move. This time, I hadn’t exercised for two days, and my period was late. I felt heavy and my qi and blood were stagnant. Fortunately, a close friend gave me a lot of positive encouragement, which rekindled my spirits and inspired me to take action to improve my health.

I told myself that no matter how tired I was, I had to give my body a chance to function. So, I changed into my workout clothes and began my 80-minute challenge. First, a 40-minute boxing aerobics session, punching, kicking, and sweating hard, gradually releasing the stagnant energy in my body. Then, a 40-minute Zumba session, swaying to the rhythm, letting my mind and body dance together.

Throughout this session, I constantly drank warm water to help my body metabolize. Right after the workout, my menstrual blood finally flowed smoothly. It was as if a blockage in my body had been released, and I felt instantly lighter.After the workout, I rewarded myself with my favorite apple. The sweet and crisp taste blossomed in my mouth, adding to my sense of well-being. At that moment, I truly felt the incomparable relief and relaxation that comes from expelling the “dirt” from my body. It wasn’t just a baptism of sweat; it was a cleansing from the inside out.

Many people think exercise is just for weight loss, but its meaning goes far beyond that. When you find an exercise method that works for you and pair it with a healthy diet, your blood circulation and oxygen flow will naturally improve, and your body functions will follow suit. For women, exercise can even promote smooth blood circulation, improving issues like irregular menstruation and cold hands and feet.I want to tell everyone who’s hesitant about whether to exercise: don’t wait until you hear more warning signs. Even a small amount of exercise can bring unexpected changes. Today, thanks to this courage, I’ve restarted my health cycle. Exercise truly brings you a better version of yourself.
